BARRYSTAFF is hiring on behalf of several Dayton Area companies for Administrative, Accounting Assistant, and Payroll positions.

-Dayton Leasing Company is seeking an Experienced ADP Payroll Specialist to do payroll and accounts payables.

Duties include: processing payroll, entering personnel data and payroll deduction information in payroll and timekeeping software; approving employee timecards, preparing and transmitting payroll data to payroll vendor; maintaining and updating employee payroll records; verifying files from payroll vendor for accuracy; processing payroll deductions; assuring that insurance benefit premiums are accurately paid, and preparing regular reports of payroll expenses. Will prepare payments to the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System and Bureau of Workers Compensation, Unemployment Charges. Prepare labor distribution report, payroll register, payroll change report, cash requirement, and accrued hours report for each pay period. Respond to Employee questions concerning their individual payroll account. Will establish new employee time clock accounts and orientation. Conduct supervisor training as required. Post payroll general ledger journals, and reconciles payroll liability accounts to ensure clearing of payroll liability accounts. Perform periodic payroll audits to ensure accurate employee deductions and payments to vendors. Prepare year-end Compensated Absence accrual, Payroll accrual, and assist with the preparation of financial reports and year-end statements. Perform Accounts Payable duties when required. Position is full time,

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Pay is $20/hr.

-Local Dayton Business is seeking an Experienced Office Assistant. This person will answer phones, handle filing, scanning, invoicing and other administrative duties as assigned. Must have working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Hours are 8AM-5PM and pay is $17/hr.

-Dayton Manufacturer is seeking a Part Time Office Assistant with AP/AR experience. A little flexible on hours, 3-5 days a week 4-6 hours a day.

Will handle payables and receivables, as well as some data/order entry, help with phones and other duties as assigned. Must know MS Word and Excel.

Pay is $16-$18/hr. based on experience and skills.

-Centerville candy retail business has several Full Time and Part Time openings in their store. Retail experience is preferred. Will provide customer service to incoming customers, help at the counter, stock items, and check customers out. Employees are required to dress in business casual attire with good hygiene, no facial piercings or tattoos. Must have clean background.

Store hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 9AM-5:30PM, they are closed on Sunday. Full time employees will get two days off per week. Part time hours are 4-5 hours per day.

Pay is $13/hr.

Local Leasing Company is looking for a Paralegal in Dayton, OH.

This position involves providing administrative and secretarial support to the General Counsel, processing a large number of evictions for landlords, processing legal referrals, and completing paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. This person will prepare legal documents, answer phones for the legal department, and deliver legal paperwork to Dayton Municipal Court and Montgomery County Court.

This person must have High School Diploma or GED and 1-3 years related experience. Looking for someone who has experience processing a large number of evictions for a landlord. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Hours are day shift Monday-Friday and pay is $18/hr.

-Moraine company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle both incoming and outgoing calls. Will take customer orders, handle order entry and other duties as assigned.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-5:00PM, 10 hour shift, 40 hours per week, with one day off per week. Pay is $15-$16/hr. based on experience

-Centerville Company is seeking an Experienced Accounting Assistant to run a small office. Will be doing some bookkeeping, AP/AR, payroll, invoicing, as well as administrative tasks like answering phones and filing. Must have excellent skills in MS Word and Excel.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM. Pay is $20-$22/hr.

-Xenia Industrial Company is seeking an Experienced Accounts Payable Clerk who has experience using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Will acknowledge customer orders, enter new orders into MS Dynamics Business Central and into production backlogs, will coordinate shipments, and invoice customers.

Will start out part time for training for a few weeks, but will become full time eventually working 9AM-5PM Monday- Friday. Pay is $18/hr.

-Beavercreek Business is seeking a Part Time Office Manager for a small office. The right individual will be able to do HR, Administrative, and some Accounting duties. Must be experienced in QuickBooks. Will do some AP/AR and QuickBooks assisted payroll, will keep employee files up to date; organize, and set up company events; create offer and increase letters, distribute payroll forms as needed, change or renew employee benefits, process mail, order supplies handle onboarding and general office duties as needed.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-12PM, or 9AM-1PM. Pay is $18-$22/hr. Based on experience.
