Payroll/Accounts Payable Clerk Job at Devault Refrigeration
OVERVIEW:
Devault Refrigeration, Inc., is a leading industrial and commercial refrigeration contractor located in Pennsylvania that serves the Mid-Atlantic region since 1983. Devault is seeking an experienced Payroll/Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team!
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Associate degree in business or accounting, or equivalent experience preferred
· Minimum of 3 years of experience processing payroll
· Previous accounts payable experience preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
· Experience utilizing QuickBooks highly preferred
· Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
SCHEDULE HOURS:
· 40 hours per week – Monday through Friday
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· Review and input timesheets and communicate with managers when necessary
· Process payroll for employees in the organization
· Address and resolve discrepancies relating to employee pay
· Review and input vendor invoices submitted to the company
· Input payables and follow-up with Project Managers for final payable approval
· Work closely with the company Controller, Human Resources, Service Department, and Construction Department
· Maintain working relationships and reconciling balances with vendors
· Other duties as assigned
