Summary

The Pattern Storage position is responsible for the storage, organizing and delivering of pattern boxes to multiple work areas within the manufacturing plant and warehouses, and will drive company vehicles to transport patterns to and from customers for outside repairs.

Duties And Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform the following essential duties satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices.

• Remove patterns from the pattern storage area and transport them to the pattern shop or manufacturing plant
• Interprets documents to know where to deliver patterns by numbers and customer name
• Places patterns into inventory in the pattern storage area
• Maintains an organized work area to easily locate patterns needed for orders

Qualifications

The following generally describes requirements to successfully perform the assigned duties.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid drivers license
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and procedures
• Ability to learn and operate a Forklift safely

Preferred Qualifications

• One year previous forklift operating experience
• Previous warehouse experience
• Ability to work independently and part of a small team
