What You’ll Do
  • Gather and record patient information regarding symptoms and medication history
  • Educate patients on interventional treatment options Serenity provides
  • Communicate directly with participating healthcare providers regarding patient’s care
  • Demonstrate compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1+ year of full-time work experience
  • Experience with confidently resolving common patient or customer concerns.
  • Passion for helping others in a patient-centric culture.
  • A quick learner comfortable in an innovative environment.
  • Self-driven and motivated.
In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act this position pays $21/hour.
  • This position is contingent on successfully completing a criminal background check upon hire.
