What You’ll Do
- Gather and record patient information regarding symptoms and medication history
- Educate patients on interventional treatment options Serenity provides
- Communicate directly with participating healthcare providers regarding patient’s care
- Demonstrate compassionate support, attention, and assistance to patients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1+ year of full-time work experience
- Experience with confidently resolving common patient or customer concerns.
- Passion for helping others in a patient-centric culture.
- A quick learner comfortable in an innovative environment.
- Self-driven and motivated.
In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act this position pays $21/hour.
- This position is contingent on successfully completing a criminal background check upon hire.
