- General typing proficiency preferred, filing and reception skills, spelling, grammar and telephone etiquette skills are required..

- Enhancing patients/customers experience by providing clerical/technical support, in a manner consistent with the Code of Conduct..
- Primarily working at the front desk of an outpatient medical office, the PSR verifies insurance, referral, and patient demographic information, collects co-pays, schedules appointments, and is responsible for preparation of daily deposits and insurance billing.. Excellent prioritization, decision-making, multi-tasking skills are essential in this key position..
- Regularly uses independent judgment and problem-solving skills to maintain smooth operations of multiple front-desk functions.
Since this position will require the selected candidate to engage in regular contact with children in the form of care, guidance, supervision or training, you will be required to meet the requirements of the Child Protective Services Act, including the Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check, the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare child abuse criminal background clearance, and an FBI finger print based federal criminal records check. The selected candidate will not be allowed to commence working until all three (3) are completed satisfactorily.
