Position Title: Patient Pay Representative
Summary: Handle patient billing inquiries including researching billing issues, explaining the billing process, setting up credit card on file or payment plans, and resolving billing issues. This position will also handle outbound calls and return voicemails as well as provide internal support for Customer Service and Supply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule: 8 Hour shift
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Medical insurance: 1 year (Preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge
