Job Summary
Care for tropical plants in commercial properties/businesses. 2 years experience is a must!! Looking for self-motivated person with excellent customer service skills for physical tech position. Technicians have consistent route of accounts in the St. Louis Metro area.
Responsibilities and Duties
Water, prune and groom plants, identifying insect and disease problems. Ensure the client site is clean and orderly throughout the visit, leaving no water, waste, or debris behind. Communicate with the office regularly to inform them of any concerns or needs. Maintain all necessary records according to company policy. Uphold the values of our company which include safety, integrity, quality, respect, and teamwork.
Qualifications and Skills
Candidate needs a good driving record and reliable vehicle, per mile reimbursement after technician gets to first account of the day. Working knowledge of horticulture is preferred. Ability to reach, climb, use ladders, kneel, lift (up to 50 lbs.) and walk for extended periods of time. Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. Must be detail oriented and have good communication skills. Ability to read and complete daily paperwork.
