Chef John Fraser is the accomplished restaurateur behind Manhattan's former Dovetail, Narcissa, NIX and The Loyal. JF Restaurants currently operates IRIS, La Marchande, and North Fork Table & Inn, and collaboratively as Food and Beverage Partner to The Times Square EDITION Hotel, EDITION West Hollywood, and EDITION Tampa.
For the past 10 years, Chef John Fraser has built a renowned restaurant group, garnishing industry wide recognition, multiple Michelin Stars and favorable accolades from the New York Times.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2+ years of pastry management experience within a high volume fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for long periods of time and have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Open availability
