About the role:

The Parts Coordinator is a critical role that allows us to accomplish our mission and serve our customers.

You will oversee maintenance component controls and related functions and duties required at the district.

Essential duties include:

• Receives components, establishes appropriate component inventory levels, determines if components meet company standards.
• Matches maintenance needs with appropriate parts or services.
• Monitors components in order to determine which parts require special ordering.
• Searches part numbers through digital and standard catalogs.
• Monitors parts bins to determine which parts need reordering.
• Tracks parts utilizing the Fleetwave fleet management software package.
• Controls and maintains inventories of tools and other assets.
• Assists the Maintenance Manager with analyzing and resolving discrepancies between computer inventory and actual parts on hand.
• Conducts research to find and order special parts or parts with no published part numbers.
• Identifies and acknowledges receipt of warranty (or used) parts.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Base pay: $17.00 - $24 p/hr.
• Overtime pay: $25.50 - $36 p/hr.
• Approximately 56 - 90 hours per week, often more
