Bretz RV & Marine is looking for a Cashier to join our parts team. This position is one of the most fun in any dealership. As a Parts and Accessory Store Cashier you will be making sure customers are set for success and on the path to their ideal camping experience. In this role you get to help families outfit their RV or boat with accessories to help make their experience more enjoyable. The workdays are fast-paced, and you are rewarded for excellent customer service.

The Cashier will use cash registers, electronic scanners, and other related equipment to conduct monetary transactions with customers. The ideal candidate is dependable and reliable with excellent customer service skills, top-notch accuracy, and displays exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Customer service – Greet customers as they enter the location and answer any questions or as needed. Assist the customers with locating various products and resolving complaints as they arise.

• 
  Cash handling – Accept money in the form of cash, checks, and credit or debit cards for items purchased. Ensure accurate transactions by balancing the cash register at the beginning and end of the shift. Accept and process all returns or exchanges according to store policy.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required (or equivalent)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, or scanners
• Necessary mathematical skills, as needed to make the change and give refunds
• Knowledgeable about the company's products and services and customer-related policies

Compensation:

• $15-$17 per hour DOE

About Our Dealership

Bretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967. Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. A search for a new camping trailer ended up turning into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers.

Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company.
