We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our team to help progress the world through innovation and connection!
You are responsible for discovering the innovation needs and developing strategic innovation opportunities for Plug and Play Detroit’s Mobility clients. You will be part of the Plug and Play team – a dynamic team that is highly motivated to create impact. An ideal candidate brings expertise in the mobility industry, passion for technologies, and understanding for how startups scale. The Partner
Success Manager has an entrepreneurial mindset, is structured, organized and service-oriented to support the innovation teams of automotive companies as best as possible with their projects.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
As Partner Success, no one day will be the same:
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within our partner organizations to generate adoption, renewals, and new revenue opportunities.
Support in the creation of engagement plans that consider partner business goals, internal organization structures, and map products and services to achieve these goals.
Support the client with their Proofs of Concept, managing the different parties involved and ensure the PoC runs smoothly and meets the milestones agreed.
Build and create engagement reports/case studies of corporate interactions with startups, dealflows, PoCs, etc.
Highlight client’s engagements and successes through marketing efforts, consisting of newsletters, case study publications, short video productions and frequent social media posts.
Maintain an understanding of key industry trends and competitive issues and products.
Support with the co-organization of events for corporate partners to drive engagement on our platform
Have a growth mindset and continuously think about new ways to engage with partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or related field preferred.
3 to 5 years of work experience in a client facing role.
Detail oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in public speaking.
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Experience in corporate innovation management and consulting is a plus.
