The Partner Manager will play an integral part in BetterClouds' new and growing Partner team under the Sales Organization. You'll be working on sourcing new business pipeline and influencing revenue through our partners. This role is largely measured on quality pipeline generation, deals closed tied to partner association, executive relationship management and the designated GTM approach.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and manage comprehensive GTM plans with our partners, which will manifest in quality net new business pipeline
  • Support the sales cycle, from prospecting to deal close, in collaboration with our partners
  • Ensure accountability and partnership reciprocity, of net new client opportunities from our partners and incentive programs
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to develop, coordinate, and deliver on-site events, webinars, partner marketing campaigns, social engagement, and additional activities that drive awareness and mindshare
  • Provide accurate and detailed forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed quota requirements
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to review the progress and successful execution of the business, GTM, and relationship plans to ensure we are meeting our mutual business objectives and define any action plans to address any gaps or new opportunities
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of BetterCloud's products, sales strategies/objectives, value proposition and competition
  • Review sales play metrics and effectiveness on a recurring basis with partners

About You

  • A proven track record of executing successful GTM plans in a partnerships/alliances role of at least 3 years while exceeding revenue targets
  • Industry experience with product based partnerships that involve multi-product businesses
  • Strong sales track record with experience navigating complex partners to drive large, company changing partnerships
  • Ability to plan and execute GTM activities including sales enablement and driving revenue by engaging with overlay sales teams
  • Technical knowledge, product instinct, and ability to identify opportunities with partners as well as ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver required outcomes
  • Hunter mentality who takes initiative and is capable of hands-on problem solving as well as ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • Knowledge of how mid market customers buy and the role partners play in the deal lifecycle
  • Ability to communicate technical integrations and the benefits they have to partners and BetterCloud
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

Salary:

Salary Range: $117,000-$130,000 OTE

This salary range represents BetterCloud's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and BetterCloud may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in BetterCloud's sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee's work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of BetterCloud's business and other operational considerations.
