Bay Street Theater & the Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is a year-round, not-for-profit professional theater and community cultural center which endeavors to innovate, educate, and entertain a diverse community through the practice of the performing arts. We serve as a social and cultural gathering place, an educational resource, and a home for a community of artists. Bay Street Theater (BST) strives to be a home to the East End’s performing arts community, as well as a professional LORT summer theater festival. The BST mainstage season features the mounting of 3-4 full theatrical or musical productions, weekly comedy events and musical concerts, Bay Street Under the Stars annual outdoor production, an annual fundraising Gala, an intern produced performance, arts education workshops and camps for children, Goat on a Boat puppet theater performances, and much more. The Bartender's general duties include providing excellent customer service; and serving beer, wine, and mixed drinks. Safety and food handling skills are critical, with attention to detail. Must be reliable and dependable, follow the schedule provided and cover shifts if available. Day and evening shifts plus tips; weekend availability. Bartenders serve guests before and during productions. Shows occur every day of the week during the summer months and most weekends throughout the year. Qualified candidates will have three to five years of relevant experience in fundraising in a related field. Performing Arts experience a plus.

Front of House Associate general duties include greeting and assisting audience members upon arrival at theater. Check guests in, usher guests to seats. Coordinate with box office personnel. Provide exemplary customer service to gain and maintain customer loyalty. Assist customers with general questions about the theater. Coordinate volunteers as needed.

Box Office Associate general duties include processing ticket sales through the database system (Tessitura) and provide exemplary customer service to gain and maintain customer loyalty. Assist customers with purchase, exchange or pick up of ticket orders; Print, processing and file online orders. Assist customers with general questions about the theater; assist house managers and volunteers as needed.
