We are looking for someone who is available early mornings (between 6-8am) and evenings (5-8pm). Occasional weekends and holidays required. We’re looking for long term, part time employees.
Hours will vary based on the needs of our clients and on average will be about 5-20 hours per week once we have assigned all clients in your area with the opportunity for more during peak times.
Our well-established, award-winning, and growing dog walking and pet sitting company is seeking animal lovers that are looking for flexible, supplemental income. Our unique schedule can work around your life, whether you're a college student, stay-at-home mom, work a 9-5 or are a business owner or freelancer.
Each professional pet sitter on our team provides services to our clients within a 5 miles driving distance from their own home. Your own, reliable & insured transportation is required.
Because of the driving involved we are looking for someone in the NORTH GREENBUSH or EAST GREENBUSH area.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: walking dogs (sometimes more than one at a time), scooping litter boxes, provide detailed visit notes to both clients and management.

Our ideal applicant must:

• Be a US citizen or legally authorized to work in the US for at least the next 12 months
• Be able to commit to this position for 6 months from date of hire
• Be able to communicate in English, orally and written
• Must have your own reliable, insured vehicle. Must be able to drive in rain or snow
• Be able to work a flexible work schedule including holidays and occasional weekends
• Be able to walk dogs outdoors for multiple 20 min sessions
• Must have smart phone with a working camera and be reachable through our company app or via calls, text, and voice mail.
• Be able to adhere to our smoke-free work environment commitment
• Be able to work outside in both high and low temperatures (summer, rain, snow)
• Previous pet sitting or pet related (groomer, kennel worker, vet tech, etc.) experience is a plus
