Answers inbound phone calls and assists customers or store associates.- Files new and existing applications in proper alphabetical or numerical order.
- Reviews requests for instant credit; approve or deny in accordance with policy.
- Completes all assigned account maintenance tasks.
- Candidates should have typing experience.
- Must be able to work a schedule that consists of nights and weekends.
