Objective:
We are looking for a competent Logistics Coordinator to assist the logistics manager and facilitating the transport operations of PIPESTONE. This person will coordinate personnel and processes to achieve effective distribution of livestock
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Understanding flow of swine including common obstacles and effective solutions.
- Assist with scheduling and troubleshooting for drivers.
- Create reports for fuel, mileage, and DOT compliance.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS
Other duties assigned by logistics manager.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Computer savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software.
- Organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under little supervision and track multiple processes.
