Essex Hotel Management is currently seeking a DRIVEN Hospitality Attendant for the Hampton Inn and Suites located in Plattsburgh New York.

What will I be doing?

Please Note: This position is scheduled 5AM-1PM, applicants must have open availability including weekends to be considered.

As a Hospitality Attendant, you would be responsible for stocking food and service ware and for clearing tables for complimentary breakfast buffets and/or evening manager receptions in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Stock food and service ware for buffets
• Clear tables during the complimentary breakfast period or evening reception period
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
