Part-time Positions Available
About the Food Production Associate Position: Production associates are responsible for handling, packaging, labeling and assembling our gourmet potstickers that will be sold in our restaurant, online, and in retail stores nationally.
It's the responsibility of this position to assess the quality of raw/cooked materials before and during mixing, processing, cooking, and packaging and to run kitchen equipment safely. A 'jack of all trades' would fit in well here. This job can grow based on the interests and skills of the individual. Food Production Associate Responsibilities

*Lifting up to 55 lbs *Performing repetitive tasks for several hours at a time *Running kitchen equipment *Comprehend written instructions and recipes *Verify that each finished potsticker meets our quality standards by observing the size, shape, weight *Monitoring and notating temperature and other important status readings *Sanitize all materials and machinery parts at the end of each shift and clean the facility by following our cleanliness standards
Food Production Associate Requirements

*Must work well with others! This is a highly teamed-based role - you will be working closely (but not too close!) with a small team to complete the tasks of the day. *Must be adaptive! Sometimes things don't work the way we expect, or sometimes we try something a new way. An adaptive attitude towards change, new tasks, or situations is highly valued. *Must be able to communicate clearly. Want to try something new? Are you not comfortable with a task? Being able to voice your ideas and needs is important to us.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Compensation is $15.00 - $16.00/hour.
