Painter/Blaster ($110/day Per Diem + Travel Bonus) Job at Ameri-Force
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
- Ability to prepare surfaces for paint and coat to specifications of all applications
- Surface preparation, including but not limited to sanding, blasting, cleaning, etc.
- Use coating applications
- Use both power tools and hand tools in preparing the foundation surfaces for preservation
- Applying primer and finishing coats
- Maintain painting equipment: hoses, pumps, pressure tanks, spray guns and tips
- Practice proper safety always procedures
- Follow instructions from foreman/supervisors on site and keep job site clean
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of maritime experience
- Brush & roll, spray painting, and blasting experience
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Per diem is offered to candidates that live outside of a 60 mile radius of work location
