Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Experience business to business and client facing experience
• Comfortable with cold calling in-person and via phone in prospecting new clients
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and professional social media
• High energy, competitive spirit, goal-driven to succeed
• Hungry to learn and grow in the trade of helping people succeed

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Qualify potential new business and building relationships with decision makers
• Effectively manage weekly sales planner, goals, and midterm commercial strategy
• Partner with the internal sourcing, recruiting and the professional placement team to execute sales goals
• Prepare and lead customer facing presentations formal and informal of company capabilities, and initiate contract discussion
• Make a combination of weekly business-to-business sales calls, including phone and in-person appointments
• Attend and represent the brand at company events and community involvement activities
• Build and grow the brand portfolio of existing and new clients
