Explore the role of an Orthodontic Assistant in our Menomonee Falls clinic and make a difference in each of our patient’s lives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

• Maintaining accurate records of patients oral health history in our Patient Management Software
• Work alongside the doctor
• Place and remove wires, coils, elastic bands, and fitting bands
• Untie and retie single ties, figure 8 steel ties and power chains
• Cinching wires
• Sterilization Instruments
• Taking Records
• Complete Invisalign procedures: attachments and adjustments, and scans
• Complete Full Arch Bonding top and bottom, as well as bonding fixed retainers
• Debonding
• Rebonding Brackets
• Using Itero machine
• Making clear retainers
• Delivering expanders, space maintainers and forsus

Our offices offer both full time and part time employment depending on the travel availability of each team member. Depending on the distance of travel the team member can qualify for a pay differential compensation up to $5.00 an hour plus base hourly wage.

Minimum Qualifications

• Orthodontic assisting (1 year required)
• Availability on Saturdays
• High School Diploma of GED
• Certificate of completion for Orthodontic Assistant Courses (preferred)
• Be a self-motivated, hard-worker
• Ability to learn quickly and efficiently
• Have an easy-going attitude
• Have the ability to multitask
• Be professional, organized, and have strong attention to detail
• Have excellent communication skills
