Organized and Proactive Family Assistant Needed in Boston, MA!
A vibrant, socially-conscious family of four is seeking a full time Family Assistant to support them in the daily management of a six-level home in the Back Bay. Do you feel an immense satisfaction at helping others attain the most efficient household possible? If so, this position is for you! Duties include running errands, grocery shopping, general tidying, laundry, ironing, organizing, light meal prep, loading/unloading dishwasher, emptying trash and other light housekeeping tasks. The family has a weekly cleaning service for the deep cleaning. The role also includes occasional evening care for the children. Their ideal Family Assistant will be an organized self-starter, and have a quiet, easy going personality and excellent communication skills in English. Must also be comfortable caring for children on occasion, and enjoy being around children.
Location: Boston, MA (Back Bay), 02116
Schedule: Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday, 8am-4pm
Start: ASAP
Children: 5 and 6 years old
Compensation: $30-35 per hour, taxes withheld, guaranteed hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays and a health stipend
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Family Assistant, a clean criminal record and a good driving record. COVID vaccination required.

Driving/Parking: A car will be provided for work purposes.Parking is available.
Travel: Mom and kids spend the summer on Cape Cod so some travel to the Cape with them is strongly preferred. Private guest house will be provided.

Salary: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
