Global Management Consulting firm Gap International, based in the Philadelphia area, is looking for a qualified Organizational Engagement Specialist.
Organizational Engagement Specialists are crucial to the ongoing development and execution of our diagnostics division of Gap International and our consulting methodology. Qualified Organizational Engagement Specialists will work to collect and analyze data and measure its impact on business performance and results. Through this work, we provide our clients access to sustainable growth for their businesses. You will become a member of our dynamic professional team, working both internally for Gap International's business, with opportunities to consult in our client system.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Looking for a trusted advisor leading bold recommendations, challenging the status quo, creating alignment, and influencing decision-making at the highest levels.
- Assessment Design
- Responsible for conducting assessments (either in-house or as a service) and developing interventions
- Develop, write, and seek approval for assessments and protocols
- Survey and Communication Design
- Interpret and professionally communicate survey findings to help clients better measure and manage their business
- Develop high impact means to inform and influence key stakeholders of survey results and implications
- Coordinate with leadership to ensure support for programs
- Lead/facilitate meetings with client to ensure an understanding of the current company culture, and jointly develop a change adoption plan
- Engagement Professional
- Partner with businesses and colleagues to define, design, and deliver stakeholder engagement
- Ensure the on-time delivery of various engagement initiatives
- Empower coworkers and clients to continually drive employee engagement
- Cultivate a culture of active feedback
- Intervention or Change Professional
- Research and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action
- Develop and execute change management plans including communications, coaching, training, and resistance management plans
- Coach senior leaders on critical issues impacting the business, and facilitate plans that align with strategic and development goals
- Work closely with coworkers to own operational initiatives with managers and decision-makers to ensure the delivery of organizational improvements
- Participate in the design and sustainability of cultural initiatives
- Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
- Utilize technical and industry knowledge to identify and aid complex client issues
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Master's degree or above in Business, Project Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Decision Science, Organizational Development, and other related fields
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Strong background in Assessment Design, Change Management, and Large-Scale, Company-Wide Communication Strategies
- Interest in the business application of Qualitative and Quantitative Data Analysis, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement Metrics and Initiatives
- Skillsets in Research Analysis, Communication Strategy Development, Innovation, Statistical Analysis, and Project Management
- Potential travel domestically and/or internationally
- Current resident or able to relocate to Philadelphia area
