The Organizational Development Manager will serve as a thought partner to the Chief Human Resources Officer in building a scalable learning function that leverages people insights, long-range business plans, talent strategy, learning trends, and innovation to meet the development needs of the business today and in the future.


KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Lead the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet organizational development and training needs of the organization.
  • Own high potential and executive development planning, tools, and processes. Provide analysis & insights on the state and health of our talent succession, readiness & high potential management to recommend and lead actions based on these findings.
  • Facilitate the annual Talent Review process with the purpose of developing a deep, high quality, diverse leadership pipeline. Partner with the CHRO and HR Directors to create talent presentations for the ELT and Board that bring insight, best practices and recommended Talent processes and strategy.
  • Lead internal career development philosophy, tools, and communications, including coaching HRBP on the development of career pathing materials such as early career and internal mobility best practices.
  • Own, optimize and lead the Performance Management annual processes at Foremost Farms, including individual and career development. Ensure practices are simple yet effective and equitable.
  • Partner with HR leaders to ensure performance management practices for production employees align with principles of broader talent agenda.
  • Lead and implement Talent analytics, including scorecarding and reporting to provide insight and direction for key Talent and Development initiatives that drive business results. Ideal candidate will have significant experience analyzing and telling a story with data.
  • Lead the Talent Assessment process to include assessment for hiring and development. Ensure it is contemporary, equitable and drives significant value for the organization.
  • Establish and own the leadership competency 360 process, serving as coach to leaders and HRBP coaches. Provide development coaching for leaders and teams.
  • Monitor external best practice trends and internal HR and business needs to optimize our Talent Development practice areas and deliver the most value for HR and Business leaders.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this work. Master’s degree in HRIR, OD, IO Psych or related field, strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years Human Resources experience in roles that include:
    • HR generalist role working with management team
    • COE experience, preferably leading Talent Management and Development programming (2+ years preferred)
    • Large scale project and process leadership and execution
  • Experience in analyzing and presenting data to support decision making required.
  • Strength in developing executive presentations and high-quality HR and Business Leader facing materials.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence across matrix reporting lines
  • Strong project and program management Skills
  • Verbal/Written Communication and Presentation/ Facilitation Skills
