Order Processing/Customer Service Representative

SP United USA is looking for an ambitious and hard-working individual who is able to wear multiple hats and assist the daily operations in customer service, order processing, inventory management and office administration.
- Pay: Depending on experience: $21 - $23 per hour
- Benefits: Company offers health, dental and vision benefits
- Paid holidays
- Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm, some weekend hours may be needed during peak times
- Location: San Clemente, California
Job responsibilities:
- Order processing (e-commerce and wholesale) creating order confirmations, invoices and shipping labels, packaging and shipping small light weight packages
- Customer service - answering phone calls and email inquiries as well as managing warranty claims/returns
- Manage shipment pick-ups by carriers and take packages to the post office/UPS
- Help organize and run consumer events and trade shows (bicycle, motorcycle, etc.)
Requirements:
- Attention to detail, organized and hands-on
- Self-motivated and with high work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- One year of experience in order processing/customer service
- Eager to take on challenges and new responsibilities
- Experience with e-commerce software Shopify and ERP systems is a plus
- Interest in sports and active lifestyle is a plus, as well
