The Oakley Lumber Company is the oldest retail lumber company in Nashville, started in 1944. We work hard to supply material with outstanding customer service. We have a very consistent work schedule, Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 3:30 PM. It is a full time position.
We are looking for someone that is highly motivated, who wants to learn our business, and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities of the job:
- Pull, check, and stage orders on the forklift to prepare for deliveries.
- Load and unload customers safely and efficiently.
- Assist other forklift operators with orders.
- Communicate with Operations Manager to coordinate tasks.
- Keeping the yard cleaned and organized.
- Have great communication skills that you'll use when helping any customer, or team member.

We would love to have someone that speaks Spanish, although not required.
A college degree is not required for this job.
We pay weekly, every week.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
