Friendly Oral surgery office in Cupertino looking to hire 2 full time surgical assistants.

At our office, the surgical assistants have frequent interaction with our excellent patients. They are responsible for providing best-in-class service to our patients. A personality that is friendly, outgoing, self-motivated, and service-oriented will be most successful in our office. A team player is imperative as the front-office, surgery assistants and doctor all work as a team together to create a unique and special experience for our patients. We need someone that can reliably come to work everyday and with a smile on their face.

At our office, we reward assistants that have acquired the most knowledge and experience. Dental experience required. Oral surgery experience preferred. OMSA and ACLS required, both can be acquired within first 3 months of starting (at employer's expense). DA/RDA ok to apply, preference given to RDA. Must have current BLS before starting. Covid 19 vaccine required. Pay will depend on experience and acquired certifications. Opportunity to advance quickly in pay with demonstration of reliability, ACLS, OMSA, and proficiency.

Job Type: Full-time, 8 hr shifts (subject to some variability).

Pay: $30-40/hour. Pay will depend on experience and certifications.

Experience:

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with IV sedation and local anesthesia Oral surgery procedures
• Patient consultations
• Sterilization
• Inventory, ordering, and stocking of supplies
• Wiping down rooms

Work Location: Cupertino. May infrequently work in our Los Gatos location.
