Optician Job at Best In Sight Eye Care
We are a busy optometry practice on the southeast side of Indianapolis and New Palestine and we are adding to our team! This is a great opportunity to work in a fun, fast-paced and friendly environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, dedicated, confident, personable and fashionable. The ideal candidate will have a likable, outgoing personality and a drive to learn and grow. They will need to be very organized and have excellent multitasking abilities. We are a paperless office, so being comfortable on a computer is a must.
Some responsibilities include, providing patients with exceptional customer service, selling high end lenses and eyewear, placing orders, verifying prescription lenses, obtaining insurance authorizations, scheduling appointments, adjusting glasses, troubleshooting patient complaints, reviewing care of glasses, selling contact lenses and being knowledgeable on insurances.
Optical experience is ideal. Having tech skills is a plus. We will train the right person. Our office is open 5 days a week, including some evenings and one Saturday a month.
