Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for an H1B Transfer/Hiring specialist.
Expert in sourcing H1B Transfer candidates.
Should be able to get H1-B Transfer/Project Transfer resources from their own database and referrals.
Experience in Posting advertisements on various platforms
Should be able to get the candidates through internet research, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking, and other strategies.
Should be well versed with different portals and active social networking to identify candidates.
Conducting preliminary interviews and scheduling the technical discussion with Recruiting Managers.
Experience in following up with the candidate and explaining the compensation benefits and other terms and conditions.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in collecting all the documents from the candidates.
Interaction with the Recruiting Managers and finalizing the deal for the candidate.
Should have good knowledge of different types of Visas, GC processes, and Immigration-related matters.
Should have a fair knowledge of dealing with H1B transfer candidates.
Someone who can join immediately.
Posting the ads for OPT, CPT, H1, L2, TN, EAD, and Green Card candidates for IT Training and W-2 Hiring.
Job Type: Full-time
