ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsible for receiving, storing, and pulling raw and finished goods through the facility in a safe, accurate and timely manner, along with the proper part tracking. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Cross-training in other departments to learn additional functions is required.
Performs multiple processes using a variety of equipment in a manufacturing setting, dependent upon the department processes. Solves problems with the assistance of other team members and seeks continuous improvement. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Performs additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed
below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable

Education/Experience
One of the following is required: (1) High school diploma or its equivalent (GED for example), (2) work experience which
demonstrates performance competency
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Competent in basic math skills such as counting, adding, and subtracting.
Ability to work cooperatively within the team as well as with members of other teams to meet goals.
Demonstrated willingness to adapt to a continually changing environment.
Required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms for the duration of the shift.
Ability to regularly lift and move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally lift and move up to 60 lbs.
Required to communicate and to be able to see with or without correction.
Demonstrated willingness to adapt to a continually changing environment.
Ability to regularly lift and move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and move up to 60 lbs.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust
focus.
Required to talk and to be able to hear and see with or without correction.
