Operations Process Support (OPS)
Title - CSA TS Client Services 2
Position Type- Full time - Regular
Benefits- Medical, Dental, Vision coverage. 401K, Referral Bonus
Schedule - Night Shift - Tuesday - Saturday 10:00pm to 6:30am
Responsibilities:
· Manage All system queues and maybe involved in item workflow management.
· Responsible for print retrieval, performing re-association and mailing and labeling of client packages.
· Perform some mailroom functions and maybe involved in foreign item conversions.
Essential Skills:
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Heavy lifting up to 25 lbs.
· Overall knowledge of Lockbox Services.
Commitments:
· Adhere to all policies and procedures.
· Proactively identify and manage risk, leveraging the Risk Framework and handling of cash
. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards
"The pay range for this position starts at $20.00; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
