Position Summary

Project ECHO has an amazing opportunity for an Operations Specialist to join our team! The Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting our ECHO Partners in the Partner/Pre-Launch/Launch phases in our partner funnel. This position will be the lead point of contact for the organizations in our partner funnel by providing information and support, being an ambassador for the ECHO brand, and maintain long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships.

As a successful Operations Specialist, you will play an active role in:

  • Providing partner support as the point of contact throughout partner funnel process, specifically for organizations new to ECHO and launching programs for the first time
  • Understanding and educating interested organizations on the ECHO model
  • Understanding and assisting in coordinating the contracting process as needed
  • Guiding partners to successfully and efficiently launch ECHO programs and providing support to continue success post-launch
  • Acting as a liaison between new partners and existing programs for support and connection with the larger MetaECHO community
  • Assisting with the management and facilitation of partner launch training for new programs
  • Ensuring all ECHO training requirements are met in alignment with partners’ launch schedules
  • Overseeing and managing strategic planning for partners as needed
  • Identifying key goals for partners’ programs and ensuring these are incorporated into program planning processes
  • Assisting with gathering quality data for the ECHO movement, ensuring it is provided in a timely manner and meets organizational and quality standards as required for reporting
  • Training partners on using the ECHO tools used to capture data
  • Compiling status reports on trainings and hub/program launches
  • Helping maintain team documentation and reports

Conditions of Employment

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in French or Portuguese
  • Experience at collecting and organizing data, using Salesforce and/or Smartsheet
  • Result-oriented
  • Solid written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy
  • Work well with minimal supervision and possess great time management skills
