We are seeking additional leaders because we have several Directors who are in the process of realizing dreams of becoming Chick-fil-A Owner/Operators and corporate staff. While Operations Directors should have some leadership experience either inside or outside of work, we are willing to train the right candidate. This role is perfect for those interested in leading teams, entrepreneurship, and understanding how to balance Team Member care and business results.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper Chick-fil-A training and standards are taught and maintained
• Lead the team in maintaining a food safe environment
• Assist in weekly leadership meetings to discuss key performance metrics, develop leaders, and communicate relevant business needs and information
• Able to model exceptional customer service
• Keep store in like-new condition through equipment and facilities maintenance
• Ensure a balanced profit approach through intentional focus on labor, food cost, and IPO
• Maintain 82% or above in key Operational Excellence Customer Experience Monitor (CEM) categories
• Coach and develop Team Members
• Build talent pipelines within team, recognizing and developing individuals with leadership potential
• Provide performance feedback
• Build team culture and morale

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, and make quick decisions on a daily basis

• Fluent in Spanish a plus
• 1-3 years of leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
