We are seeking for a service-oriented and self-motivated professional individual to work as a well-rounded Technical Writer/Voiceover Artist to support our client, Samsung Electronics America (SEA). This position is hired as a full-time CEF employee, but you will be working directly with Client Samsung specialists and be responsible for fluent in writing for a non-technical audience, for the purpose of c internal instructional videos.

Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in English, journalism, communications, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience of 2-3 years is also accepted.
Requirements
Passionate about re-working technical language (ie. user manuals) into smooth, explanatory voiceover and text – the ideal candidate will have a passion for explaining technical processes to a layperson, and will strive to create videos in which voiceover, text, graphics, and image all work together to provide information in the most efficient, engaging way possible.- Comfortable with writing collaboratively, utilizing existing scripts or outlines and translating them into shooting scripts for dynamic videos that cast Samsung products in the best possible light.
- Experienced and detail-oriented in recording voiceover and on-camera standups.
- Familiar with basic audio recording principles for voice – setting up and using portable recording equipment, proper recording levels, and basic microphone placement for best quality audio.
- Some familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
- Willing to learn or take direction while assisting on video shoots:
- Setting up light stands and lighting fixtures
- Assistance with camera duties such as slating shots
- Running audio recording devices
- Moving equipment
- Able to lift 25 lbs
- Willing to learn and assist with video editing.
- The ideal candidate will be experienced in working in a corporate environment, comfortable communicating via office email, drive conversations to get needed information, and follow common corporate communications etiquette.
- Time management is extremely important – the candidate must be able to work and provide updates on multiple projects, proactively call out roadblocks and risks, meet deadlines, ask questions when needed, and desire to grow in their role.
- The ideal candidate makes the job their first priority, works quickly, and contributes to the team.
Candidates without relevant work examples will not be considered. This means:
- Writing examples (technical preferred)
- Voice recording examples (final products)
- On-camera examples

- Salary: To be determined based on the experience & qualification
