Job Summary and Qualifications

As an Office Specialist, you will man the front office, register patients, verify referring provider eligibility, navigate payer resources for authorization info/patient financial responsibility, obtain authorizations, collect payments, schedule appointments, manage release of information, and manage phone calls.

What qualifications you will need:

• EDUCATION:
• Required: High School Diploma or GED required
• EXPERIENCE:

• Preferred: One year of customer service experience, medical environment involving patient registration and application of health plan benefits preferred.

Hours: Full time 12pm-8:30pm

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
