Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years experience or equivalent in an administrative and or executive support level capacity with increasing responsibilities.
  • Excellent business intelligence and ability to exercise tact, sound judgement and prioritization.
  • Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality.
  • Advanced-level QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
  • Organize office operations and procedures.
  • Coordinate with IT company (Logic IT) on all office equipment.
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, jobs going out and coming in are reviewed and approved, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.
  • Assign tasks and assignments to subordinates and monitor their performance.
  • Establish a historical reference for the office by outlining procedures for protection, retention, record disposal, retrieval, and staff transfers.
  • Responsible for recruiting staff for the office and providing orientation and training to new employees.
  • Ensure top performance of office staff by providing them adequate coaching, guidance and disciplining employees.
  • Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events.
  • Responsible for developing standards and organizing activities that enhance operational procedures.
  • Ensure filing systems are maintained and current. Established and monitor procedures for record keeping.
  • Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings, monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, handle internal staff relations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints. Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment.
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.
  • Continues education on Land Perc’s systems like: Monday.com
  • Keeps passcodes data in secure place and confidential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • QuickBooks: 2 years (Required)
