Office Manager Job at Redemption Road Foods INC
Redemption Road Foods Inc in Flanders, NJ is looking for one office manager to join our strong team. We are located on 2 Laurel Dr Building D. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, hard-working, proficiency with Excel Spreadsheets, and would have experience with QuickBooks online.
Responsibilities

*Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments *Maintain a positive and efficient working environment *Greet and assist customers and clients *Manage employee HR records and new hire orientation *Implement and manage digital filing system as well as paper filing system. *Order all office supplies. *Request a weekly inventory from Plant manager and enter the inventory into an excel spreadsheet.
Qualifications

*Experience in a managerial role *Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to delegate effectively *Great written and verbal communication skills *High attention to detail *Familiarity with computer systems and software that applies
