Office Manager

Great Opportunity for an Office Manager at an Established and Growing Company!

Specializing in full-service management of HOA’s and apartments. We are seeking a versatile person in the San Francisco Presidio.

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in office with a salary (commensurate on experience), health care benefits, 401k and vacation.

Our ideal candidate is dependable, proactive and enjoys multi-tasking a variety of responsibilities. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily office operations, assisting with the accounting, oversight of office operations to ensure client satisfaction. This position requires initiative, flexibility, excellent communication and the ability to work as a team player.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Oversee daily operations
  • Create, organize, and maintain files
  • Perform and/or assist in a variety of projects and tasks
  • Manage all frontline communications
  • Assist with A/R and A/P and invoicing
  • Work with vendors to arrange and monitor maintenance contracts and work orders
  • Assist with monthly financial statements, annual disclosure packets and transfer packets
  • Draft correspondence and response to inquiries and client concerns professionally and timely
  • Provide administrative support to the Team

SKILLS:

  • Demonstrate effective communication skills consisting of oral, written and listening skills
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Deal effectively and courteously with callers and visitors
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Must be proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines while maintaining high quality and a professional demeanor
  • Willingness to maintain flexibility in job function.
  • Tech savvy a big plus!

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years work experience
  • Previous experience in customer service and real estate or HOA management preferred.

Full Time Position - Salary is commensurate with work experience.
