PROActive Physical Therapy is looking to hire an Office Coordinator for our Waterville location. In this full-time role, you will provide front desk coverage including greeting of patients, answering phone calls, appointment scheduling, insurance verification/authorizations, as well as other various office tasks. This is an entry-level position with no experience required.
Your typical day includes:
Greeting patients
Answering phone calls
Scheduling appointments
Accurately entering patient demographics, insurance, and case information
Accurately entering charges, review charges/encounters, and completes coding edits checks
Collecting payment prior to each visit such as co-payments, deductibles, co-insurance, etc.
Accurately verifying benefits via phone and set up accounts accordingly
