Stars and Strikes Bowling Entertainment Center is seeking an Office Assistant who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center. Stars and Strikes is locally owned with state-of-the-art locations throughout the Southeast. This fantastic opportunity for the right Office Assistant offers competitive pay, 401k and opportunity for advancement.
We are currently seeking an Office Assistant .
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent organizational skills. As the Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the Office Manager in recording daily sales, tracking labor, and running daily reports. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with strong cash handling experience and data entry skills.
What We Require:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and attention to detail
- Knowledge of counting and balancing cash drawer with accuracy
- Functional knowledge of operating cash registers and adding machines
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business, including weekends
