Selleck Chemicals is looking for a full-time office administrator.

Our ideal candidate would have the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Handle daily correspondence
  • Maintain office records and files
  • Interview suitable office staff candidates and providing training to office employees as needed
  • Oversee office maintenance
  • Provide administrative support to other departments

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or above
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent management, Strong problem-solving, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
