Primary Responsibility:
An Project Manager provides support to insure efficient operation of the office. You will support senior level managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization. The job scope includes communicating via phone and email insuring that all duties completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Essential Functions and responsibilities:
While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit; use close vision; use distance vision; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee is frequently required to lift or move up to 10 lbs.

Essential Functions and responsibilities:
- Obtain price quotes/estimates from corporate office
- Ordering project materials
- Daily meeting/check-in with Field Manager
- Document control; filing, saving, scanning and archiving documents
- Project file setup and administration
- Work order production
- Daily project/job billing & billing management
- Report generation
- Assist in answering phones
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
