C & B Equipment, a progressive family-owned company that has grown over 30 years to include John Deere Ag, material handling and power sports locations has an opening for an Office Administrator at one of its Material Handling locations in Clarksburg, WV. This position is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks in the areas of customer service, financial, personnel, sales, parts and operations. The position reports to the Branch Manager and works closely with the other managers and employees. Jefferds Corporation is in the process of becoming part of the material handling division of C & B so you will get the opportunity to be part of a larger team and experience the exciting growth that will occur in this division.
Essential Duties:

  • Enthusiastically greets visitors and answers phones.
  • Tracks vacation and hours to timely submit for payroll.
  • Prepares customer invoicing.
  • Assists Branch Manager with Accounts Receivable collection.
  • Maintains accounts payable records.
  • Assists Reg HR Manager on new hires with preliminary and/or onboarding procedures.
  • Assists Branch manager and other departments with administrative requirements.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager.

Experience
Required

  • Ability to use standard computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good people and communication skills.
  • General Accounting knowledge.
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service.

Education
Required

  • High School or better in General Studies or related field

Licenses & Certifications
Required

  • Valid Drivers License
