Our company is looking for an Office Administrator to handle all types of administrative work, from reception to finance. You will organize and prioritize tasks, maintain organization records and assist with office management. As an Office Administrator, you must be detail-oriented, reliable and good at interacting with people from various backgrounds. Since you are in charge of office duties, you should have excellent math skills, as well as a high degree of computer literacy. Your goal is to offer administrative support to maintain office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an efficient office environment by ensuring a safe and secure workplace, taking regular inventories and ordering office supplies and equipment.
- Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment and other physical assets.
- Schedule work activities and facilitate on-time completion of deliverables.
- Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks such as document generation, mailing and filing operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
