Nursing Assistant (Non Certified) Job at Concordia Lutheran Health and Human Care
As a Nurse Aide, you will have the ability to provide direct care for the residents here at Concordia. Responsibilities include but not limited to assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning, and documenting the care that was provided. Duties include completing over the counter treatments as instructed and answering resident call bells in 4 minutes or less.
NEW YEAR, NEW RATES! - Starting Jan. 1st
Entry level friendly - paid on-the-job training. Starting wage is $17.75/hour and $1.50 shift differentials offered for afternoon and $1.00 for midnight. Full-time and part-time positions available and include weekend shifts.
Eligible employees who work at least 24 hours per week can receive an additional $1.50 per hour on top of the current listed salary. Sign-on bonus of $2,500 for full-time hires and $1,000 for part time, paid out over an 18 month time frame.
Qualifications
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
