Nursing Assistant - Med/Surg (FT)

Hours: 72 hours per pay
Major Responsibilities:
- Providing direct patient under the direction of the registered nurse and licensed practical nurse.
- Has knowledge of assigned tasks and equipment necessary to meet the specific needs of the patient population served.
- Performs general care routines to assure patient’s physical and mental comfort.
- Reports on patient’s condition, activities, and care needed from their shift.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Completion of a formal nursing assistant program or student nurse (must have one semester medical/surgical clinical experience). Completion of High School or GED.
