Nurse Recruiter Needed!

BrettonTrova is a southern NH-based permanent recruiting agency focused on providing high-quality services to nurses and other healthcare professionals seeking jobs throughout New England. We are growing rapidly and looking to hire the right professional for our nurse recruiting team.

Position Details:

• Full time, Monday - Friday
• $40K - $60K + comission
• Conduct nurse recruiting activities such as cold calling, utilizing social media, online job boards, and our recruitment database
• Identify candidates to meet the needs of our clients by evaluating candidate fit, based on their preferences and qualifications for a particular location or role.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
• Meet with your team regularly to collaborate and manage your active candidate pipeline
• Contribute to, and be responsible to daily, weekly, and monthly individual and team goals

Qualifications:

• Prefer 1-2 years of prior recruiting experience (does not need to be healthcare specific)
• Motivated, positive individual and able to work in a fast-paced team environment a must
• If you do not have recruiting experience but have other transferable experience we will consider your application.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
