Qualifications:
- RN License
- AZ fingerprint
- CPR Certification
- Valid Driver's License with Auto Insurance
- Previous experience working in Home Health
- Experience working with EMR system: Home Care Home Base a Plus!
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Understanding of Oasis -E, and timely documentation
Responsibilities:
- Administering medication to patients.
- Creating reports to track the patients' progress.
- Working with other professionals to create treatment plans.
- Cleaning and re-dressing wounds if needed.
- Measuring vital signs.
- Monitoring changes in behavior and progress.
