Night Auditor - Holiday Inn Asheville - Biltmore West Job at Virtelle Hospitality
The Holiday Inn Asheville - Biltmore West, located in Western North Carolina is actively seeking a reliable and friendly part-time Night Auditor to greet our late-night guests and help guide them through their stay with us. This is a weekend position but could be combined with a part-time Front Desk Agent position during the week.
This position earns a competitive wage of $15 to $16/hour. Your Role
As a Night Auditor, you play a significant role in setting the tone for each guest's stay during the overnight shift, as well as closing out the end of day reports and getting things ready for the morning. Your job will be to assist guests with check-ins and check-outs as well as inform them about our services and amenities. This also includes assigning rooms, setting wake-up calls for guests, and ensuring that room statuses are continually updated. Finally, you will post charges to guest accounts and handle end of day closing reports.

Qualifications
- Happy to work solo during the 11 pm - 7 am shift
- Basic knowledge about computer software and programs
- Basic math skills, cash-handling skills and attention to detail
- Effective decision-making
