The new Junior High Minister will serve as a player/coach by investing in students personally and equipping small group leaders to do the same for their groups. A roll-up-the-sleeves and get-it-done attitude is a must.

- Have the ability to craft lessons that are deep, challenging, and on a student’s level.

What a Strong Candidate Would Look Like:
- An undergraduate degree is required.
- A seminary degree is preferred
- Ordained.
- 3+ years of experience in a related ministry role.
